What’s new with Kompass EasyBusiness?

New EasyBusiness wizard to help make searches and use main features

The May release included a key evolution: a brand new wizard accessible from the homepage, guiding users on how to make a new search and leverage the main features of EasyBusiness through a step-by-step process.

This is mainly dedicated to new and/or non-expert users, to help them do their first searches and get to know the features that will be useful for their common needs. Getting to know EasyBusiness’s features will bring users more value, such as creating a target list, sending direct emails through the multi-contact tool, and exporting data. The wizard will be activated by default for the first 5 connections for new users and users with no saved searches and no lists. This will help get users on board and understand the features of EasyBusiness quickly, and can be built upon to use full standard searches and the rest of the product features.

Alerts by default on new lists and notes sharing

In addition to the new wizard, EasyBusiness boasts two very interesting new evolutions.

Firstly, when you create a new list, alerts are now activated by default. This will help keep you informed on new developments on the platform. Alerts are pushed to users by a weekly email every Monday, making it easy to check and leverage new listings.

Second, you can now share notes with other users. Notes can be created and saved in your company profile and users can be notified both by email and by a new dedicated type of alert. This is an evolution aimed at improving users’ capabilities to cooperate with each other and to manage and follow your own sales & marketing activities on EasyBusiness.

Download India, Saudi Arabia, and Arab Emirates executive emails

The executive email addresses of companies from India, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates are now available for download from EasyBusiness, together with those of companies from the USA and UK that have been live on EasyBusiness since January.
