  • to sell a product, this one must be handled before the camera and displayed on every angle ; an accompanying text must be featured either above or beneath the video to facilitate the understanding of the Internet user and optimize the referencing
  • to promote a brand, an editorial and creative style is welcome, with a view to benefiting from a high share rating on social networks
  • to announce an evenement, launch a product, the video turns into a teaser that has to be striking

Some key rules

First of all, two important factors are to be taken heed of, the making and the cost of the video. If negliged, they will imperil the success of the operation.

  1. The making

Unless knowing how to create a video, it’s better to entrust its making to a professional team. If the sound recording or the luminosity is lousy, the sanction will be immediate : nobody will watch the video entirely and even less share it.

  1. The cost

If a professional team is in charge of the making, it’s recommended to determine a set price to pay them. It affords to assess at best the amortisation and the return on investment of the operation.

If one decides not to opt for that solution on the long run, notably because of the lack of control on ads before the video, it nevertheless may be interesting at first, when setting up a strategy.
