On Wednesday, August 25th at 4pm PT / 7pm ET, Global Chamber is hosting a Globinar with 3 Book Authors titled Conversations with Authors: Intercultural Success.  In this Globinar, we will speak with members of Global Chamber® who are authors to gain insights from them on their information, inspiration and leadership. The topics will be of keen interest to members AND you’ll want to hear about the journeys of each of these magnificent authors.

This Globinar is moderated by Doug Bruhnke, Founder/CEO of Global Chamber, and features Rochelle Kopp, a specialist in cross-cultural communication, Kyle Hegarty a Global Business Growth Specialist, and Terri Morrison who has written 10 books including the ground-breaking global-business series Kiss, Bow or Shake Hands®.

Rochelle Kopp is a specialist in cross-cultural communication.  A veteran facilitator experienced in delivering training and consulting to participants from around the world, Rochelle has a particular specialty in facilitating cross-cultural team building and other programs for executives. Rochelle’s consulting to American firms doing business globally includes helping them with issues related to partnerships, acquisition, and global expansion.  Through training sessions and coaching, she helps Americans increase their sensitivity to differences in cultural values and approaches around decision-making, management styles, negotiation and relationship building. She also works frequently with people from other countries doing business in the U.S.  She has assisted many foreign firms’ U.S. operations with organizational development, performance evaluation, and other projects intended to strengthen HR and promote employee motivation and retention. She has a particular interest in helping businesses from other countries understand the unique environment of Silicon Valley. Kyle D. Hegarty is a Global Business Growth Specialist. Kyle helps organizations grow globally. His sales and leadership development programs help clients increase business across regions and ignite sales processes. Kyle has worked with hundreds of companies helping them plan, develop and manage their sales ecosystems. One of the first 5 people hired at TSL Marketing, that grew to 350+ employees. He opened the TSL APAC operation in Singapore and built the team across 7 countries reaching 1 million dollars of revenue by year 2. Kyle added additional training and consulting services including start-up sales acceleration programs. He is a Linkedin Learning instructor and lecturer at universities around the world. His first book, The Accidental Business Nomad: A Survival Guide for Working Across a Shrinking Planet won the 2021 Axiom Business Award.

Kyle is an avid triathlete and has completed four Iron Man races where he raises money for cancer research. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bowdoin College where he majored in International Relations and Economics.
